How to avoid Trojan horses and such viruses spread by email.

I wrote this short artical in about 20 minutes one day at work after my bosses boss recieved a fraudulant eCard email and she wanted me to send out a quick reminder to avoid such things. This artical is by no means complete and was written around knowledge of all the spam and executable protection we have in place here in an "at work" envirnment.
